Resetting your password
If you have lost or forgotten your password you will need to reset it. This is done by sending an email to the address you gave us when you signed up as a member. All you need to do is enter your email address in the field below and then follow the directions in the email we send you.

Why do password resets have to be done by email?
This is to ensure that you are the actual owner of the account. Only the account holder should able to reset the password using this method.
Why can't you simply send me my current password?
For security reasons we encode passwords using a one-way encryption. This means that we can't decode it in order to send it to you.
I can't remember the email address I used to sign up, what now?
In this case please try all of your email addresses in the field above. If we can't find the address in our database we will let you know.
The email address I used to register under is no longer in service, what now?
If you can remember your password you can log in and change your email address by clicking on 'Edit profile' in the menu. If you can't remember your password and you can't receive emails from us the you may need to sign up for a new Judge13.com account.
Your system says it sent me the password reset email but I haven't received it, are you sure it was sent?
Firstly check that your email system has not marked the email ad 'junk' or 'spam'. Check inside your junk mail folder and if necessary add our domain judge13.com to your spam filter's whitelist.
Although most emails should be received within a few minutes there may be circumstances when our mail server or your mail server is under heavy load. Please allow up to 2 hours for the email to be delivered and if you have still not received anything please contact us.
