The Latest Judgement in Television & Radio:
Colin wins
Colin reckons... the amount of swearing on TV and radio is unnecessary
I'm no shrinking violet who feels the need to write to his MP if the tabloids tell me that a popular entertainer has used a rude word. I go to a lot of football matches where I hear language that would make Cynthia Payne blush. But there's a time a place for that sort of thing. I mean if you go about your daily life using the F and C words as often as certain TV cooks people would think of you as either an ASBOtard or a sufferer of tourette's syndrome. It makes you sound like a moron so why do these supposedly intelligent broadcasters thing it's OK? Bunch of *%$£ing vv@nkers that's why.

100% agree. Colin wins!
Entertainment > Television & Radio
David wins
David thinks... John Seargent was right to pull out of Strictly Come Dancing. The public were voting to punish the unecessarily nasty judges but were actually punishing the other contestants as a result.
Barry loses
Barry thinks... that the BBC will not dare bring Jonathan Ross back on air. He has blown it for good now that the silent majority has expressed its disgust at the way the BBC has dumbed down too much of its output.
Matola wins
Matola believes... there the BBC are stringing out tv shows shamelessly rather than making new quality tv.
Look at 'strictly'. it's on for 90mins on sat night then the results show is on the next day and lasts 60 mins. 80% of the sunday programme is basically a round up of what was shown on sat. I am a big fan of Strictly, but even this is too much for me. It is shameless that they are filling up time like this. Rubbish I say, Rubbish.
Matola wins
Matola is sure... that i can't wait for 'Strictly' to start.
So much fun to watch - love all the dancing, outfits, colours etc. (I fully expect there to be a big male / female divide here).
dewolfe loses
dewolfe believes... That Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse are back on great form.
I was expecting their comedy show to be a bit dated but it's great. If you missed the Dragon's Den sketch, check it out. One of the best comic duo around. If you watch them and then the Armstrong and Miller show afterwards, you can see just how superior Enfield and Whitehouse really are.

Cindarella wins
Cindarella believes... I do not want to know what Jordan and Pete have to say to one another or what their life is like.
Why do the producers think we want to know? Neither of them respects the other. They don't seem like particularly nice people. Surely there are better role models to put on TV. In fact, anything would be more interesting.
Cindarella wins
Cindarella is convinced... Eastenders should come with a serious health warning.
It is just pure misery from start to finish. Characters are constantly arguing and fighting. You cannot feel good watching this trash. It should be removed from our screens.
The Phantom wins
The Phantom insists... There are far far too many sob stories on all the competition shows like X Factor, Americal Idol, Dragons Den etc. It seems that every other contestant comes in with 40 people's worth of hardship.
Sure some people have a tough start and it's good to see them get a chance but I think we've reached saturation point!
David draws
David insists... ALL TV quiz shows should be banned for ever. They pollute the airwaves.
Colin wins
Colin decrees... The Mighty Boosh is not funny
and the only people who would laugh at it are drug addled students. The comedy, such as it is, is a poor pastiche of such greats as 'League of Gentlemen', 'The Goon Show' and 'The Young Ones'. Anyone over the age of 30 would see this for the risible regurgitated tosh that it is.
