Let's stay positive!
mat wins
mat decrees... that everyone should have a happy new year

VSB thinks... Giving 'surprise' Christmas presents is not necessarily the right thing to do...see below....
You have to guess what people want, most likely get it wrong and visa versa. So, as a result we all end up with things we don't really want. Backed up by stats showing that in the UK alone, 1.6BILLION pounds worth of gifts at Christmas are unwanted! What a waste of raw materials, time, money etc. Presents are fine but I'm not sure they should be 'surprise presents'.
Chuck55 wins
Chuck55 thinks... Cash is the best Christmas present you can give.
mat wins
mat insists... that only red wine should be served with turkey at christmas
Jeep draws
Jeep thinks... Christmas is all about getting.
Let's face it, we all prefer to get than to give.

What a load of tosh this series was. So many tears, tantrums and precocious wannabees it made me heave. End this debacle of car crash TV now.
dewolfe wins
dewolfe thinks... America's love affair with guns is very unnatural!
This was said by Jessica:
''Being a single mum, I can't imagine not having a gun for home protection because that makes me a more confident parent, knowing that if someone intrudes into my home I know exactly what to do and my son knows what I'm going to do. I'm going to shoot to kill."
A more confident parent?? Statistically, more people are killed by their own guns and knifes before they get a chance to defend themselves, not to mention the amount of children killed by the guns their parents own. It's obviously got more to do with their 'right' to bear arms - what fools!

I'm hoping for a good year but the signs are, in the UK at least, that it is going to be a really really tough year.
